Many Americans are under the impression that their country is the world capital of guns. And while it’s certainly true that the unique constitutional rights Americans enjoy truly set the United States apart from the rest of the world — especially the west — loving firearms is still a global phenomenon.
One of the best examples is YouTube user FPSRussia. As his username suggests, this gentleman hails from Russia and has a passion for first-person shooter video games. But before his YouTube channel became relegated to some sort of video game stream, he was able to get his hands on some of the coolest weapons ever made by humans.
Take the 40mm machine gun he operates in this video — the rounds are easily the size of your forearm. The weapon is so massive that users have to sit in a seat and punch a bunch some buttons just to get the barrel to move. However, seeing the weapon actually fire makes it all look worth it.
