Watch This 4-Year-Old Girl Handle a Rifle Perfectly

0

A video showing a father watching his 4-year-old fire a tactical-looking rifle is going viral, and it’s driving anti-gun nuts absolutely crazy.

To be fair, it doesn’t take a whole lot to make the gun grabbers upset. Simply reminding them of the wording of the Second Amendment seems to do the trick just fine. Sometimes, however, it’s good to rub some salt in the wound, and sharing this video to your Facebook page is sure to do exactly that.

There are a lot of things to notice in this video, aside from the sheer level of cute that comes standard when watching a happy young child learn to operate a firearm. More telling than the young child’s uncanny ability to load, aim, and fire the weapon is how the father is behaving throughout the video.

Notice how he never takes his hand off the top of the weapon, and has his eyes fixed on his daughter the entire time. This, coupled with his positive reinforcement for a job well done is a great demonstration of how responsible gun owners can introduce their young ones to firearms.

This child will without a doubt grow up with a healthy understanding of what guns are and what they’re for. Sure, squeezing out some rounds at the range is always fun, but appreciating what is effectively a tool rather than a toy is paramount. This video is parenting done right.

Check out the video below to see it for yourself!
